Maninjau Lake which is located in Agam Regency West Sumatra is rich of the lake's product. One of them is "Ranuak Fish". Ranuak fish is a small fish that contains high protein and only live in Maninjau Lake. Ranuak is spiced and warped by banana leaf and than roasted. This culinary is compulsive to be tasted by the tourist who go there.
