Yolk (of chicken/duck) is mixed with sugar, palm sugar and condensed milk. and then flushed with boiling tea and added with droplets of lemon to relieve the fishy taste of yolk... that what people say "teh talua" from Minangkabau...! People say that the drink has a sensational challenge taste...! this kind of drink can be found easily in the meal store around west sumatra (especially traditional meal store ). The drink is best served in the morning or night. But if you are crazed about the taste, it's no problem if you drink at all day. Minangkabau people assume the drink as a potent stamina enhancer. Have a sensational challenge and effect...!
